Beany Green

Today I’m having breakfast with friends at the Beany Green coffee shop at Broadgate Circle near the Liverpool Street station.

The inside area is really small and literally just consists of the counter bar, where you are supposed to make your order. For breakfast you could get a wrap, or a piece of coconut, banana or whole seed bread.

And there is also the granola bar.

Luckily they have a great outdoor balcony sitting area, which is perfect on such a sunny day. First of all I get my cappuccino – they’ve drawn a cute heart on it, but it’s hidden behind the chocolate sprinkled on top.

And next comes the food: this is the homemade granola with berries, quite nice.

And of course I had to get the banana bread, which is their speciality. It comes with a little bit of butter and tastes really good!

So it turned out to be a pretty big breakfast, but that was so much worth it!
